I’m Gerald, your friendly neighborhood property matchmaker. Yes, you read that right – I choose to call myself a matchmaker, because really, that’s what I’m doing, and what I’m extremely good at – to match you to the right property, and the right property to you! With the use of data analysis tools, I will comprehensively derive a tailor-made solution to determine what should be your prioritized property.
In my past life, I was running Sales in the tech industry, creating value for over 200 companies. Having work in startups that have bagged millions in seed rounds, it wouldn't have been possible without relentless passion, pursuing excellence and winning right. I still stand by these fundamentals today, and I sincerely look forward to meeting you and making your real estate experience a meaningful and fulfilling one.
I am also part of Home Seekers, a collaboration of high performing realtors, dedicated to educating Singaporeans with bite-sized property knowledge. With the use of both Home Seekers’ and my myriad of resources, you can expect the most effective data analysis and real estate market advice, to help you arrive at your most suitable property.
